E-85

String tying machine E-85 is designed and manufactured for the specific processing of speck and pancetta. The stainless steel coating and angular frame make it suitable for these kinds of products, and it also features 4 different needle thicknesses for various production needs.

The cam is made of cast iron treated against corrosion and equipped with propylene bearings to reduce wear and extend the life of the machine.

The machine can be either Single or Two-hand:

• Single-hand: only 1 button
• Two-hand: 2 buttons for increased safety. They must be pressed together to activate the machine.
