Whatever the problem encountered after purchasing one of our machines, we are available first on the phone to understand whether the issue can be solved, then we send the courier to collect the machine. The machine will then be repaired and returned.
If your facility cannot afford the downtime, no problem! We will send you trial machines that can be used in the meantime. The whole procedure takes only a few days. In case of urgency, our skilled expert technicians will come to your facility to fix the machine.
