Salami tying machine DC1BL 80 guarantees perfect tying and a regular finish of products such as salami, sausages or meat. The machine, which is made entirely of stainless steel, performs a capstan knot when the sausage is in place and automatically trims any excess casing.

The salami tying machine is equipped with an aerial micro-antenna and a toggle emergency bar to guarantee safety during processing. The machine can process diameters between 30 and 80 mm.
